There are several clear parallels between Barack Obama's health care program and the deal the president made with Iran about its nuclear program.

First, let us reinterpret what President Barack H. Obama said to Iran:

"Let me be clear: if you like your bombs, you can keep your bombs. I repeat, if you want to keep your bombs, you can hold on to your bombs. Period.

"If you want to hold on to your present provider of plutonium and enriched uranium, you can hold to your present provider. Period. "

Second, the complicated deal US-Iran deal was built like America's health care legislation. Negotiators Wendy Sherman, Catharine Ashton and John Kerry obviously were inspired by Nancy Pelosi, who gave them a winning formula:

"We don't know what's in the plan until after we pass the plan."

But the most far-reaching aspect of the Iran weapons deal is eerily similar to ObamaCare: call it socialized weaponization. This will involve the re-distribution of nuclear weapons. One can almost hear the Obama team talking those living in Iran's neighborhood:

"Those who have no program right now or a bad program will begin to get coverage and get a good program." They are right. Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Turkey will follow Iran. And North Korea will ask for more -- and will get it, thank you.

The rest of the Middle East will become more unstable and more nuclear: what a wonderful thought for Thanksgiving, Hanukah and Christmas.

We should have known this would happen with ObamaCare-for-Iran.  Wendy Sherman, the Obama Administration's top official in the talks, has a proven record in helping create "man-made disasters."

Ms. Sherman also handled the Clinton Administration's socialized nuclear weapons policy with North Korea in the 1990's, before she became the director of the Fannie Mae Foundation.

We know what happened between Clinton-Sherman and Korea, and we know what will happen with Iran. North Korea got money, removal of sanctions and bombs, though fewer than the 20 bombs per year Iran will have when it breaks all the rules the way North Korea did.

And when this whole deal ends with a bang and a lot of whimpers, you can be sure that President Obama or President Clinton (Hillary, not Bill) will blame Republicans.

"What difference at this point does it all make," we can already hear Mme. President Hillary saying. After all, the Republicans did not filibuster and block the nomination of Undersecretary of State Sherman, even though her only qualifications were a sociology degree, working for the Democratic National Committee and having headed the Fannie Mae Foundation.

But with all due respect to Ms. Sherman, Ms. Ashton of the European Union, and Mr. Kerry for their role in this wonderful deal with the Iranian ayatollahs, the real thanks belong to President Obama who stood up and against nuclear weapons in Iran much the way he stood up to chemical attacks in Syria.

Thousands of dead Syrians, a lot of dead Iranian demonstrators, and several murdered American diplomats in Libya all testify to Obama's forceful leadership against terror and tyranny in the Mid-East.

Under Obama's leadership, during five years in office, Iran sped ahead on its nuclear program even as it carried out or planned terror attacks through its agents in many locales around the world: Kenya, Thailand, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Cyprus and even Washington DC.

When Iranian agents killed five Israelis in Bulgaria in July 2012, the White House went ahead anyway with a festive convocation the next day with Iranians, including a friendly talk from Valerie Jarrett, President Obama's top and most trusted advisor.

The New York Times reported that a senior White House official considered the Iranian attack on the Israelis in Bulgaria to be "tit for tat" for Israel's reputed assaults on Iranian bomb-makers. We do not know who the "White House official" was, but it is clear that White House sentiments were not so strong against Iranian bomb-making.

For Obama there are no "red lines" he will not cross to make a deal with tyrants or terrorists but only "read lines"-the lines he has read and will read off the teleprompter to justify a deal that is really bad for the world's health.

So, think of it not as "Obama-care" but as "Obama-Couldn't-Care-Less."
