World War IV: A Military Perspective

Not once during my six months serving in Iraq did I ever hear anyone refer to our conflict there as "World War IV." But for properly identifying our Islamist enemy and for putting this global fight in epic historical context, Podhoretz's World War IV deserves great credit.
