Sweetness & Light reminds us that the Judge (Royce Lambreth) who was removed from a long running suit against the Department of Interior for his bias and who so described the Department in the challenged opinion:

'the morally and culturally oblivious hand—me—down of a disgracefully racist and imperialist government that should have been buried a century ago.'

Is the very same Judge who who stopped the monitoring of Al Qaeda which may well have prevented the 9/11 attacks.
