At the FOX News site, Roy Robison and his translator "Sammi" have posted their latest translation of and analysis of a document declassified and released by the Foreign Military Studies Office — a training manual for terrorists operating inside Afghanistan.  As the article states:

"The manual...advises the Arab reader never to show your 'military ID."

That strongly suggests that Iraq was sending professional military assistance to Afghanistan before the 9/11 attacks.  Among other helpful hints, the manual tells terrorists to keep their mouths shut and not do draw any attention to themselves.
