Iran's infernal combustion engines

Iran has seen well over one hundred Iranian-manufactured cars spontaneously burst into flames, in many cases killing the occupants. The cars are a locally-manufactured version of the Peugeot 405, licensed to the rogue state by France. While I am certain that many utterly innocent people have been incinerated, and this is no laughing matter, it certainly does raise interesting possibilities for speculation.

First, are the same exacting quality standards being applied to the manufacture of Iran's nuclear arsenal?

Second, could this be an attempt to outdo their Islamic brothers in France, who have to take the risky and laborious extra step of thowing Molotov cocktails before igniting Peugeots?

Third, how are they going to blame this on Israel?
