Liberal hysteria
The New York Times mounts its editorial high horse to denounce the federal appeals court decision that Gitmo detainees do not have a right to be heard in court. "American Liberty at the Precipice" is sweepingly titles the editorial. Only two problems:
Gitmo is not America; the detainees are not American.
