Nosebleed triggers embassy alert - oh, brother!

From the BBC in Paris comes the following: "Nosebleed triggers embassy alert" at the Canadian consulate:
The package contianed a piece of tissue soaked in an unknown fluid.

"We don't know what it was but it's not a toxic substance," said Florent Hivert, a spokesman for the Paris fire bridge.

Sacre
blow. . . could it be. . .drum roll, please. . . snot ?

And, of course, the map of Paris that accompanies the article and shows the location of the Canadian embassy is certainly most useful. For evacuation planning, n'est pas?

By the way, what's a "fire bridge"?
