In general terms, the poll found that 73 per cent of Canadian Muslims describe themselves as "very proud" to be called Canadians, even if many of them see their religion as coming first in certain instances." This is a common pattern of Muslim living in Western democracies as witnessed by other recent surveys of British and Europen Muslims who frequently put their religion ahead of their citizenship for their self identity.

What was terrifying about the survey was the question involving support of terrorist activity. The survey found, "73 per cent of the Muslim respondents said these attacks were not at all justified and 82 per cent said they had no sympathy for those who wanted to carry them out."

That sounds nice, but does that mean that 27% of Muslims believe that attacks are justified and that 18% have sympathy for terrorists? Those figures would mean that 189,000 and 126,000 people respectively believe attacks are justified or have sympathy for those who carry out attacks like the one planned by Canadian born terrorists last summer.
