Peshmerga babes fight for freedom in Iraq
Gateway Pundit draws out attention to a story that would get major publicity if the media weren't so biased, pointing out that 7 of 18 Iraqi provinces now control their own security and government operations. And in the Kurdish territories in the north, the peshmerga security forces include female warriors, who are unafraid to strut their stuff, and are, well, rather comely, it must be admitted, despite their battle fatigues and fierce posture and expressions.
Now really: what is this story lacking to explain the media's disinterest? It has action, great visuals, and sex appeal. Oh, that's right! It is good news about Iraq. Can't have any of that sullying the pages of the NYT or the airwaves at NBC.
