Flashback

A handsome, achievement-free politician decides to run for the office of chief executive. He's never run anything in his life.

His campaign is brilliantly summed up in the slogan: "He's fresh while everyone else is tired."

In 1965, John V. Lindsay won his election and went on to become New York City's arguably worst mayor. In 2008 Barak Obama, running against John McCain will dust off that very clever slogan. It'll be all he needs.

Everything old is new again.
