Conspicuous by its absence

The New York Times editorializes in favor of the Orwellian-named "Employee Free Choice Act" which would deny workers the right to a secret ballot in unionization elections. It does not even mention the issue. This from a paper which fashions itself the champion of privacy in other spheres. Pathetic.
