Blagojevich nixes brothel deal

Well, whaddya know? 

According to Steve Rhodes of NBC in Chicago, former Illinois governor, Rod "bleeping golden" Blagojevich (D) has some integrity and resistance after all.  An executive at a legal brothel in Nevada offered him an opportunity to rake in $$$  by appearing on the HBO program Cathouse, where
 

Rod's willpower would be challenged daily by the ladies as they bribe him to acquire finer rooms or better working hours and days off.
 
 And the former governor, charged with bribery and other behavior unbecoming of a publicly elected official (unless he's from Illinois), turned it down.  This is not a far fetched concept.   As Rhodes points out, a former Chicago alderwoman, Aranda Troutman (D), stated after her conviction for demanding bribes
 
Well the thing is, most aldermen, most politicians are ho's.  
 
Hmmm, so Blagojevich is saying he isn't like most politicians.  Good to know.
