PETA to bring mini-hog farm to the Capitol
Bringing coal to West Virginia--and just about every altered cliche you can think of--PETA, those radical animal lovers who slaughter the abandoned dogs left in their care, plans to do the symbolic obvious according to Eric Zimmermann of The Hill.

The group has submitted an application to Capitol Police to set up a a real-life hog farm on the steps of the Capitol, complete with urine, manure and fans to blow the odor around..
