Obama: Americans are tired of politicians who won't 'walk the walk' on fiscal responsibility

Does he realize people are laughing at him?

Today, Barack Obama had the gall to lecture America on politicians who, "Talk the talk but won't walk the walk on fiscal responsibility."

Unreal.

Not much more to say that Jim Hoft doesn't say here:

Barack Obama tripled the federal budget deficit last year. He will likely top that this year. Just yesterday he signed legislation that authorized the US government to increase the debt by $1.9 trillion.

So, is Obama divorced from reality or counting once again on his friends in the media to gloss over the events of the past year and allow him to get away with such brazen lying?

Perhaps the president really believes he is being careful with the taxpayer's money, not spending it on anything that isn't absolutely necessary.

Maybe pigs will fly.

No, this is simple lying, done with the confidence that he won't be called out for it by the media. With the Democrats in the majority though, I wonder what his party colleagues in Congress think of him calling them fiscally irresponsible?
