Although Rep Phil Hare said he doesn't care about the Constitution when "people are dying every day," apparently his constituents do know the difference between the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and also "care about the people who are dying every day" or are forced into bankruptcy because of the high cost of health care.

And now, suddenly, Hare seems to have some feelings for the Constitution as he explains in his carefully scripted response.



Rep. Hare, did you or any of the Obamacare voters in Congress actually read the thousands of pages in the bill you voted for? Do you know what is in it--besides claiming it will stop "people from dying every day"? Your constituents--and the other citizens of the country--would like to know.
