Corporate political free speech vindicated in Montana

A state judge in Montana ruled yesterday that the state's prohibition on corporations funding political activities is unconstitutional. This is the first in what may be the start of every state statute with similar prohibitions being ruled unconstitutional. This appears to be a trickle-down affect of the recent US Supreme Courts historic ruling. Slowly but surely trickles will turn into torrents to restore individual rights that have been systematically eroded by the left and the right. Lets hope the November 2 elections will be a huge shot across the bow of the anti-individual rights/socialist agenda now prominent in Washington.
