As one could easily have predicted, Harry Reid wasted no time in using Friday's S&P downgrading of U.S. debt to call for higher taxes.
Meanwhile, Ohio's Governor John Kasich announced the elimination of $8 billion in debt and balancing his state's budget while cutting taxes.
