Non TEA Partiers accused of aiding the Boston bomber

While illegal aliens and their supporters were proudly and defiantly celebrating May Day by acknowledging breaking and entering into the United States and demanding that the host country bend to their will of citizenship, changes in immigration law to their benefit and more, the FBI arrested three friends of the accused Boston Marathon bomber, all born outside the United States, two of whom were from Kazakhstan and in this country illegally.  According to the FBI affidavit they did

Knowingly and willfully make materially false statements to federal investigators in a matter within the jurisdiction of the executive branch of the United States, to wit, a terrorism investigation (snip)

There is also probably cause to believe that two friends of Tsarnaev's--DIAS KADYRBAYEV ("KADYRBAYEV")  and AZAMAT TAZHAYAKOV ("TAZHAYAKOV")--intentionally obstructed justice in connection with the Marathon bombing investigation.  Specifically, there is probably cause to believe that KADYRBAYEV and TAZHAYAKOV conspired to violate 18 U.S. C. 1519  by knowingly destroying, concealing, and covering up tangible objects belonging to Tsarnaev, namely, a laptop computer and a backpack containing fireworks, with the intent to impede, obstruct, and influence the criminal investigation of the Marathon bombings, in violation of 18 U.S.C. 371.  There is also probable cause to believe that ROBEL PHILLIPOS ("PHILLIPOS"), another friend of Tsarnaev's, knowingly and willfully made materially false statements to federal law enforcement investigators during a terrorism investigation, in violation of U.S.C. 1001.

Specifically

They noticed a backpack containing fireworks. The fireworks had been opened and emptied of powder. Kadyrbayev knew when he saw the empty fireworks that Tsarnaev was involved in the Marathon bombing. Kadyrbayev decided to remove the backpack from the room in order to help his friend Tsarnaev avoid trouble. He decided to take Tsarnaev's laptop as well because he did not want Tsarnaev's roommate to think he was stealing or behaving suspiciously by just taking the backpack.

To the great disappointment of David Sirota, Michael Moore and other liberals, the accused are not flyover country white TEA Partiers, Republicans or other despised brands of conservatives.

Well, Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov are sort of white skinned. But they are from Kazakhstan, a mainly Muslim landlocked country in Central Asia, formerly part of Russia, who slipped into this country on student visas, sporadically attended class, then stopped but remained here although their visas expired. Tazhayakov  was a member of the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth all-star league soccer team; he has since been suspended pending the outcome of the case.

Phillipos,a naturalized US citizen from Ethiopia, attended a "prestigious" high school in Cambridge with Dzhokar Tsarnaev. The high school is known for, among other aspects, its diverse, pluralistic and multi cultural student body. He also sporadically attended University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth.

As with the Tsarnaev brothers, not much is known about the origin of the three friends' funding. Phillipos "worked with refugees."  Nevertheless, the two Kazakhs managed to drive around in a BMW, license plate Terrorista#1 plus a sticker stating "F*** you, you f****** f****."  But all this is not what you think.    Really!

Los terroristas means 'the terrorists' in Spanish but it's also a slang reference to 'buddies and friends.'

Certainly, in a display of multi cultural joking, F*** you, you f****** f**** is English but hey, it's a universal college student thing.

A lawyer for Kadyrbayev, Robert Stahl, says that the plate was given to his client as a joke about his late-night partying ways and does not mean that the 19-year-olds are terrorists.

Mr Stahl told CBS News: 'It's such a silly thing.  Bad timing.  [Kadyrbayev's] desire is to be released so he can return home.  He would like to go home to the comfort of his family.

'You can imagine being 19 years old and having SWAT teams break down your door.  It's a terrible situation.'

(snip)

He said: 'These kids are just as shocked and horrified about what happened as everyone else. They can't even fathom something like this from a kid who seemed to be a typical young college student.'

In this country illegally.  Pretending to attend school. Late night partying.  No visible means of support.  But owning a fancy car festooned with provocative decorations.  Bombings.  Helping a friend get away with a horrible crime.

"Typical young college students."  And they're not even Made In the USA.
