The people must be punished

The Left claims that their lives are consumed with concern for their fellow man and that their mission in life is to improve its lot.  All it needs to do this is to take your money, your freedom and your soul. We all know who, in literature, offers this kind of deal.

In politics there is another dimension.  The logic of socialism is that the "general will" is manifested in a leader.  Thus, socialism, which is allegedly the dispersion of power to every individual, in practice becomes the centralization of power in a single leader.

In Cuba, Castro is Commandante.  In North Korea, Kim Jong Il, the father of the incumbent, was Dear Leader.  Mao was Chairman Mao.

So, we have the leader of utopia and we have the masses below.  Allegedly, the Leader loves the people.  That is why he cares for them.  Goebbels put it about that Hitler never slept because while Germans were sleeping, Hitler was watching over them.

But the day comes when the people disappoint the Leader.  The people fail to live up to the greatness of the Leader!  Then what happens? The people must be scourged, must be punished.

We have arrived at that point with Obama, the One.  The people, in this case represented by the Republican Party, are not living up to the greatness of our Leader. Therefore the people must be punished.  That is why the government has closed two outdoor memorials - the World War II and the Vietnam - and is now closing  Florida Bay.

This is very dangerous. The various police involved are not doing their duty to the Constitution, but rather to their immediate superiors who are ordering them to act against the interest of the public not in its interest.  There is no public interest in closing the open air war memorials, or the ocean south of Florida. There is no legitimacy to these enforcements and the police should have refused the orders.

This is where Leftism leads. In the name of loving the people, it very quickly turns on the people.  We are seeing that stage now, presumably temporarily.  But even temporarily, it is an abrogation of the president's oath to the Constitution.

It is despicable. And it has to stop.
