Southern United Neighborhoods' Tri-State Outreach Project will implement and fulfill Navigation duties in the Tri-State Region of Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas in Public-Use Microdata Areas (PUMAs) with high considerations of low income uninsured adult populations.
