I just can’t help myself.

The picture below comes from the Facebook page of someone called Graduate Fasttrack, with a hat tip to Clarice Feldman.  Sure, it is a sample of two, but there is something about it that rings true.  I am still chortling over the latest debunking of the low salt fanatics’ insistence that salt (something I crave, something so essential that Imperial China financed its government with a salt tax) is bad for you.  The new prudes are the people who want to boss around the rest of us when we eat.
