Washington, D.C.’s nonvoting delegate to Congress, Eleanor Holmes Norton, is not about to be oppressed by majority society’s ideas of the right way to do things.  And when it comes to parking, she acts as though she is entitled to make her own rules.  If the majority imposes angled parking, she will park perpendicularly.  The video below is being called the “worst parking job ever,” but I think that underrates the D.C. delegate.

She is obviously crusading.  Or maybe she is drunk.  Or simply frighteningly incapable of driving at age 77.
