Trump should have played the Bubba card
In Monday night's debate, Donald Trump should have responded to Hillary's vicious and untrue cheap shots that he is a sexist and a misogynist and uses abusive language toward women. He should have reminded the Red Queen that she denied and then tried to cover up Bubba's rape of Juanita Broaddrick and the sexual assaults and harassment by Bubba against Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky, Kathleen Willey, and others. Worse, her gang, including James Carville, called Jones trailer trash. Hillary denied that Bubba was at fault and blamed the stories on the vast right wing conspiracy. If not for the DNA on the blue dress, the Bubbas would still be denying the Lewinsky scandal.
After Hillary made her final cheap shot of the night, Trump paused. He then said he could make a comment about her "family" but that he wouldn't do it because he didn't want to hurt Chelsea Clinton.
No, I was very happy that I was able to hold back on the, you know, indiscretions with respect to Bill Clinton because I have a lot of respect for Chelsea Clinton and I just didn't want to say what I was going to say.
I respectfully disagree. Chelsea knows what Bubba did. She is a grown woman who works for the Bubba Foundation. Evidently she has forgiven him, or she believes he is innocent, or she has blocked it, or, like Hillary, she does not care.
But there is no reason to hold back on Hillary, because she has taken cheap shots and lied about Trump. There is no question that she is corrupt and a liar. She will do and say anything to win. For example, she lied about the cause of the Benghazi attack to help Obama maintain his story that al-Qaeda was dead so he could win in 2012 and cover up her negligence. Of course, Candy Crowley, the Holt of 2012, then had to help Obama in the debates to keep his story straight.
Bubba never admitted to or apologized for his rape and assaults. Hillary never admitted her lies and cover-ups or apologized. Neither of the Bubbas apologized to the nation and the female victims. Mercy by Trump requires that the Bubbas admit and apologize, as in true repentance.
Trump should have spoken the plain truth that Bubba raped and assaulted women and that Mrs. Bubba stood by her man to demonize the women and cover up the rape and assaults.
Hillary raised the issue. Trump should have responded with the truth.
The election and the Supreme Court are more important than Chelsea's purported feelings.
