There are seven core tenets the conservative movement must address in order to win the majority vote and the White House: defense of the homeland, immigration, the economy, military and diplomatic restoration, social issues, education, and spiritual advent.  These seven tenets fall within the purview of governing issues prescribed to state and federal governments by the Constitution of the United States.

As America approaches its most significant and historic presidential election in our young nation's history, "We the People" must come to terms with which path our country will journey down.  The values portrayed within the construct of the party platforms are unambiguous.

Consider the following two statistics before reviewing the platforms.  The vast majority of Americans believe in God.  In a 2014 Pew Research Center study, 83% of U.S. adults are absolutely or fairly certain they believe in God.  In a January 2016 Gallup poll, a majority of Americans self identified their political views as conservative or moderate.  By reviewing the RNC and DNC platforms and seeing the sharp difference between the progressive socialist's path and the constitutional conservative's path and visions for America, perhaps clarity can be brought to bear for "We the People."

There is a great divide between the two platforms.  The RNC values are aligned with what our forefathers gave their wealth and lives for – what leads to prosperity.  The Democrat platform is one of progressive socialism that leads to a welfare state and decline of the American dream.

Supreme Court nominations will also determine America's path.

As you study the DNC and RNC platforms, compare and analyze them.  You do the reading and the comparing and judge for yourselves.  It is "We the People" who will choose which path and vision to follow.  It is a path and a vision of no return. 

Finally, as you consider whom to vote for, think about the second person on the ticket and the people and expertise the candidates have surrounded themselves with.  Consider the second man.  Listen to this pastor's words of biblical examples, and reflect upon the second man.
