Megyn Kelly: A perfect fit for CNN?
If Jeff Zucker is making a serious play for FOX News’s Megyn Kelly, then why not go all in and try to get Bill O’Reilly as well?
Most regular FOX News viewers have known for some time that Megyn Kelly was less than fair and balanced with some of her reporting. And it became increasingly hard to watch as her nauseating bubbly full-of-herself personality grew larger and larger with each passing show.
It wasn’t hard to see Kelly’s personal political ideology shining through brighter as she covered presidential campaign stories – especially when it came to Donald Trump. I suspect that at times over the last year, when watching Megyn Kelly, viewers probably checked their channel to see if they were on CNN.
As for Bill O’Reilly, it’s just a pipe dream to have him leave. It’ll never happen because of his long-running stretch of being number one in his time-slot – and “Mr. Pompous” would never go for that.
As for the loss of Megyn Kelly’s FOX News prime-time spot, Tucker Carlson hit the ground running and is possibly the best interviewer I’ve seen in a long time. He would fill Kelly’s time slot nicely and probably not lose any viewers, either.
So who would AT readers like to see fill Megyn Kelly’s time slot?
