Science You Can Believe In

Fresh from saying that Nancy Pelosi “can do no wrong,” the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), which thinks of itself as the world’s most important scientific organization, but is in reality just another Democratic Party interest group, praises Barack Hussein Obama just as sycophantically as any mainstream media groupie.  An editorial in the May 1, 2009, issue of Science outlines what it says is the administration agenda for science and technology (S&T), absurdly including “promoting openness, transparency, and scientific integrity,” and observes:
“It is a lot to get done.  But led by a president who deeply grasps the importance of S&T to our national goals and who is putting scientists, engineers, and innovators back into the center of what the executive branch does, ‘Yes we can.’”
